You have had a lot of teachers in your life, but have you thought about what a good teacher should be like?
Well a teacher is a person that teaches people things that they don’t know and help them get used to it.
First to be a teacher you have to know a lot about something. For example, a good piano teacher has to know how to read music, how to play piano and how to take care of a piano. A good teacher is always learning because knowledge never stops growing.
Teaching is hard. The teacher tries to explain, but the student might not understand. So the teacher has to explore different ways to make it work. For example, the student doesn't know how to play fast notes even after the teacher demonstrates, so the teacher moves on to make a comparison by telling the student to use walking fingers.
A good teacher is patient. They will never give up on any students. Some students can understand their teachers easily while other students may make little progress being taught repeatedly. Any student can do well if they keep their interest in learning. In this way a good teacher can turn a slow learner into a top one.
Good knowledge, right technique, and a positive attitude, these are what students can benefit from their teachers. I have good teachers in my life, hope you are lucky too! Thank you for watching!

教学是很难的过程。老师努力解说，但学生可能不明白他/她在说什么。因此，老师必须不断探索教学方法。例如，学生不明白如何演奏快速音符，即使在老师演示后仍然没明白。因此老师改变方法，做一个类比，告诉学生在键盘上用手指“步行”。
好老师很有耐心。一位好老师永远不会放弃任何学生。一些学生能很快的理解老师的教学，而另一些学生则可能在反复教学中也没有什么进展。任何一个学生只要保持对学习的兴趣就可以成功，这样，好的老师可以将学习缓慢的人变成尖子生。
知识渊博，方法灵活且态度积极，这些都是好老师可以让学生受益无穷的财富。我很幸运遇上了很多好老师，希望你也同样幸运！谢谢观赏！
